Jane was a competitive swimmer with Hoylake Swimming Club from the age of 7 until her early 20's and swam to County level. It was only later in life that Jane discovered Triathlon after many years of ignoring her cousins' attempts at getting her involved. After experiencing an ocean swim sprint triathlon as her first race, the longer distances were soon tackled and currently she has 5 Ironman finishes to her name.
Jane has since gained her triathlon coaches badges to go with her swimming teaching certificate and now is the main swimming coach within the club and looks after the development lane at the weekly swim session. From beginners to advanced Jane believes that everyone can improve their stroke and go faster and further
