Coached Training Sessions

Take advantage of our group training sessions. 

All sessions last approximately sixty minutes and are lead by our Total Transition Coaches

Swimming Sessions

We hold a regular Wednesday night swim at Europa Pools, Birkenhead (9.00-10.00pm). The swim is open to all adults that can swim at least 50m freestyle comfortably. The sessions are a mix of swim technique and conditioning sets to develop swim fitness. Swimmers will be split according to ability.

Cost £7 for non-members or £5 for club members.

Run Development

Every Monday 6.30pm starting out from the Creation Studio, Milner Road, Heswall, CH60 5RT. There is also a session on a Tuesday 6.30pm at The Bebington Oval track.

It's £5 per person payable on the night.

Bike Sessions

During the winter we hold a weekly group turbo session. Book early to avoid disappointment as there are 12 places maximum.

All the weekly turbo sessions take place 6.30-7.30 pm on a Friday evening. Please bring own turbo and bike and arrive 10 minutes before the session start time so the session can start promptly at 6.30 pm.

In the summer, we take the sessions outdoors and place a greater focus on skills such as riding as a group, individual roadcraft and technical bike handling skills as well as including conditioning sets.

Sessions cost £7 for non-members or £5 for club members. 

HIIT

We hold HIIT sessions every Tuesday 6.30pm over Zoom. Check the Club Facebook page on the day to get your Zoom link.

Sessions cost £5 person. The sessions are open to all.
