I thought it might be worth a quick note about the shop. The two things you are likely to buy either on the night or a day or two in advance are ‘Swim Sessions’ and ‘Turbo Sessions’. Go to the shop page and add them to your basket. You can increase the quantity there if you want to pay for more than one session. There’s a ‘secret’ coupon code for Club Members to use which will adjust the price.
Account
If you have already set up an account then you will be able to login and your saved address fields will auto-populate. If you haven’t set up an account you will see a checkbox at the bottom of the billing address fields ‘create an account?’. If you check this box you will be asked for a Username, email address and password. You can choose your own password or use the autogenerated one. You can change your password to a more memorable one by visiting the My Account’ page from the main menu.
You don’t need to set up an account to purchase sessions in the shop. Just checkout as a guest and ignore any hints to set up an account. You will need to add you details each time you purchase though. Your card details aren’t stored on the website. They are encrypted and sent to Paypal.
Additional Information Box
Below the billing details is the ‘Additional Information’ box. Use this to tell the coaches the date(s) that the purchased session(s) are for.
Email Notifications
You should receive an email when you set up an account. You should also receive a notification after you checkout to say your purchase is being processed. If you aren’t receiving these notifications (and you’ve checked your spam folder) please could you let either Tim, Jon or Karen know about it? It is not uncommon for website generated email to be blocked by some mailboxes. All your Club site emails go through a recognised email authentication service and so there shouldn’t be any issues.
